Event Dates & Times

Location: Saddle Up Saloon – 92 Route 125, Kingston, NH
Set-Up & Breakdown
-
Set-up begins at 10:00 AM.
-
Be fully ready to sell by 12:00 PM sharp.
-
Breakdown begins no earlier than 4:00 PM, no exceptions.
-
Lateness, early breakdown, and no-shows will impact future participation.
Vendor Fees & Payment
-
$100 per event.
-
Due within 48 hours of acceptance.
-
Pay only via Venmo to Saddle Up Saloon owner/event coordinator, Leanne Perrella (official link provided after acceptance).

Saddle Up Saloon is not responsible for vendors who send payments to scammers. Only use the official Venmo link provided.

Your spot is not secured until payment is received. Late or missing payments may result in your place being filled from the waitlist.

Vendor fees are non-refundable, even if a vendor cancels or does not attend.

Fees are non-transferable to another vendor or for use at a future event.
Weather Policy
-
This is an indoor event and will be held rain or shine.
-
If an event is cancelled due to severe winter weather, it will be rescheduled for Sunday, December 21 (if available at Saddle Up).

If that date is not available, the event will be rescheduled for a date in January or February 2026.
Eligibility & Product Mix

Handmade artisan crafters only.
-
No MLMs, franchises, or resellers.
-
We curate a balanced event and may limit categories to avoid oversaturation.

If we’re full in your category, you may be offered a spot on our waitlist.
Space Provided
-
Space accommodates one 8 ft table.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own table, chair(s), and display needs.

Limited access to electricity may be available by request in advance. Vendors must provide their own extension cords and power strips.
Communication & Notifications

Michelle Gill will notify you via email if you have been accepted, declined, or placed on a waitlist.

All official event communications (acceptance, payment link, load-in details) will be sent by email from Michelle at saddleupsaloonmarketing@gmail.com.
Marketing & Promotion
-
Vendors are encouraged to share the event on their social media and invite their customers.
-
Promotional graphics will be provided to make it easy to spread the word.

Vendors are responsible for uploading images to be used for promotion or sending them to saddleupsaloonmarketing@gmail.com.

If you have issues uploading images, email them directly to saddleupsaloonmarketing@gmail.com
Compliance

Failure to follow these rules may affect eligibility for future Saddle Up Saloon events.
